The new Mini Golf at Boscombe Pier is a great concept with golf balls that feed the fish – a first for the UK and we needed a brand to encompass this and make it consumer focussed, bright and attractive. We tasked Jamie with creating the brand concept for the Mini Golf and also creating designs to cover each individual golf ‘hole’ in vinyl. Jamie took on the brief and created a wonderful, fun brand for the Mini Golf with colourful visuals – perfect for attracting the right customers for the Mini Golf. As soon as the designed vinyls were installed on each hole – the staff reported an increase in sales due to the colourful attractiveness of each design which drew people in. We’re proud members of the International Society of Typographic Designers, ISTD. A professional body run by and for typographers, graphic designers and educators. The Society has an international membership who share and support its aim to create and inspire interest in all forms of typographic communication.
Working closely with education and industry, ISTD establishes, maintains and promotes typographic standards through the forum of debate and design practice. Membership is awarded to practising designers, educators and graduating students who demonstrate, through the quality of their work, their commitment to achieving the highest possible standard of visual communication.
